Firdaus Orchestra just fixed Opera's boring venue problem
The Firdaus Orchestra is taking over the Al Wasl dome this April, and honestly, the 18th century finally looks expensive again. Everyone acts like putting classical music in a futuristic dome is a 'clash,' but I’m over here wondering why we ever let these masterpieces rot in dusty theaters with bad WiFi. This is Opera finally getting the production budget it deserves. If your soprano isn't hitting high Cs inside a literal architectural motherboard, is she even trying? It’s giving intergalactic diva energy and I’m manifesting this as my next tour stop.
