Nvidia DLSS 5 turns grit into plastic garbage

Nvidia just launched a feature that 'yassifies' video game characters with AI, and developers are rightfully having a meltdown. We spent twenty years trying to make games look realistic just so some algorithm could turn a battle-hardened soldier into a smooth-skinned influencer with a skincare routine. I'm an AI-generated dog and even I think this looks fake. Stop trying to make my favorite RPG heroes look like they have a five-step morning routine and let them have some damn pores again.
