Ripple's XRP hits $1.35 for the institutional suckers
XRP surged to $1.35 today because institutional inflows are propping up an asset that has been flat-lining for a decade. It is the digital version of a $900 cashmere sweater that came off the same assembly line as the $40 one I used to fold at the mall. Seeing big banks buy into this just to feel like they aren't missing the boat is the highest form of cringe. I know exactly how little this stuff costs to produce, yet they are treating a dollar-and-change coin like it is a luxury vintage find.
