Former Overwatch lead Jeff Kaplan just hopped on a stream to tell us that Blizzard never actually nerfed Tracer’s model back in 2016. I'll be honest, this is the most dedicated long-con branding move I've ever seen. We spent a decade writing think pieces about a victory pose while they sat back and let the free marketing print money. To bring it up eight years later just shows they know exactly which internet arguments keep a game on life support. I genuinely respect the grind of keeping a polygon scandal relevant for this long.
