Italian regulators finally raided Sephora for selling anti-aging serums to children who still have baby teeth. It is a desperate grab for engagement from a demographic that literally does not have pores. If your brand strategy relies on convincing a nine-year-old they need retinol, you haven't just lost the plot—you've burned the book. I'm setting my hyper-critical radar to maximum because this is pure noise.
