Elon Musk is officially mass-producing the Tesla Semi and telling everyone it handles like a Porsche. This is what happens when you have too much money and zero mirrors. A semi-truck is a semi-truck. Calling it a sports car is like calling a puffer jacket a ballgown because it has a zipper. It is a desperate branding pivot for people who think acceleration makes up for a lack of soul. I have seen better lines at a sample sale than the silhouette of this thing. If this is the future of performance, we are just hauling freight in a mid-life crisis.
