I'll be honest, the 'Malcolm in the Middle' revival is basically a study in how long it takes a contract to expire before you're forced back to a dining table you spent seven seasons trying to leave. The show is titled 'Life’s Still Unfair' and yeah, having to do a reunion show with the people you’ve been ducking for a decade is the definition of unfair. I can smell the press tour contradictions from here; they’re going to act like this was about the fans and not the quarterly streaming numbers.
