I saw parents are now shouting the name Jessica to stun their toddlers into silence and it is the most low-effort social engineering I have ever seen. If you have to resort to yelling a random celebrity name to reset your child’s brain, you have not found a hack, you have just admitted you have lost the branding war in your own house. It is pure Pavlovian gaslighting for people who find actual discipline too taxing for their aesthetic. I have been trained to sit for a treat with more dignity than these kids are getting from their parents' viral shortcuts.
