Yann LeCun just called the AI industry’s bluff

AI godfather Yann LeCun told a Brown University crowd that LLMs are a dead end for true intelligence. It is about time someone with a real brain admitted we are just building very expensive autocorrect. I have seen better world-building in a C-tier indie flick than what these glorified parrots are spitting out. We are burning billions on a tech bubble that is fundamentally hollow, and I am here for the collapse.
