The Boys Season 5: Prime Video’s Bloody, Corporate Goodbye

Prime Video finally confirmed the series finale for April 2026, and frankly, it’s about time we stopped pretending this gore-fest is still 'subversive.' I’ve watched Antony Starr and Karl Urban carry this franchise on their backs while the show slowly became the very corporate superhero machine it originally mocked. How many more exploding heads do we need to witness before we admit the 'deconstruction' is just a high-budget trope now? I’m ready for the end, mostly to see if they have the stones to actually kill the brand or if we're just being milked for spin-offs until the heat death of the universe.
